Economic Opportunity - Lasting Positive Impact Project
AmeriCorps; Economic Opportunity. LPIP is a year long series of real world assignments for AmeriCorps members to build leadership skills and create a lasting positive impact at their host sites. Created by Farrell Ink for Northeast Ohio Literacy Corps, LPIP leads members through the process of mapping assets, identifying organizational needs, leading teams, and other best practices in member development and nonprofit management. Farrell Ink is currently seeking resources to develop the training units into videos and manuals to be utilized by other AmeriCorps programs. LPIP helps NEO Literacy Corps members more effectively address the Issue Areas of Education and Economic Development and increase literacy skills for people of all ages.

The LPIP Project is creating a foundation for change, growth and opportunity. It will also have such a positive impact on projects and processes to come. I am very excited about what we are doing as a group and how our work will be a part of the change we want to see in the world.
